How Do I Install My Purchase In NinjaTrader®?
After purchasing one of our products, visit the Downloads section in My Account to download the .zip NinjaScript add-on file, no need to unzip the file. This is also applies for updates to a new version.
During the installation, click Yes even if Ninjatrader informs you that there is a new version installed.
Open NinjaTrader® and at Control Center window follow these steps:
- Tools
- Import
- NinjaScript Add-On…
- Select the .zip NinjaScript add-on file
- Some confirmations may appear, accept all
- Restart NinjaTrader® to finish the process

Is The Edge Advanced Trade Planner a strategy, indicator or add-on?

Why is it saying that the download file contains a virus?
Our product includes a DLL file that has undergone obfuscation using a .NET Obfuscator. Obfuscation is a standard practice in the software industry aimed at safeguarding proprietary algorithms and intellectual property by making code difficult to interpret or reverse-engineer.
Although obfuscation techniques are designed to protect code integrity, they can sometimes trigger heuristic analysis algorithms used by antivirus software. These actions are purely preventive and do not pose any security threat.
We assure you that downloading from our site is safe, and you can expect a seamless installation process.
Do You Offer A Free Trial?
As of now, we do not offer a free trial or demo of our products. However, we are currently offering 50% off the first month for our monthly subscription option, and you can cancel anytime. How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
We hate to see you go, but to cancel your subscription…
- Go to My Account page
- Click on the Subscriptions tab
- Click ‘View’ button for the subscription you would like to cancel
- Under the ‘Actions’ section, click the ‘Cancel’ button
- You should receive a message that your subscription has been cancelled.
Note: Your subscription status will show ‘Pending Cancellation’. This means your subscription will remain activate until the end of the current billing cycle and will not be billed again unless you decide to renew.
